Michael Winkler
 Founder, Executive Director & Head Coach

Michael Winkler leads Roswell Robo Squad Robotics with a passion for making robotics and STEM education accessible to students of all ages.

As Executive Director and Head Coach, Michael oversees program development, event planning, student mentoring, competitions, outreach, fundraising, sponsors, volunteers, and community partnerships.

He works directly with students as they learn to design, build, program, test, and improve robots.

His goal is to help students develop:

• Engineering skills
• Programming skills
• Teamwork
• Leadership
• Communication
• Creativity
• Confidence

Most importantly, Roswell Robo Squad is designed to make STEM fun, accessible, and exciting.
